Saint John, IN – Batbusters Indiana would like to welcome Batbusters South Bend to the midwest Batbusters family. Batbusters South Bend will be part of the Indiana network allowing us to create a powerful midwest family. Batbusters South Bend will work out of their own facilities in South Bend, Indiana.

Shawn Jenkins will be the president of Batbusters South Bend as they begin the 2021-2022 season with an 08 & 07 team based out of South Bend, Indiana. Coach Jenkins played college baseball and basketball at Lincoln University in Jefferson City, Missouri. Shawn began his coaching career with the South Bend Washington High School baseball program. He is currently the head softball coach at South Bend Riley High School.

Coach Jenkins jumped into travel softball by starting the River Bandits in 2017 and has helped build the program into one of the fastest growing softball programs in northern Indiana. Shawn is also owner of Teddy BallGames 24/7 indoor hitting/pitching facility.
